The Rose Hill Diaries

SEASON TWO NOW ONLINE.

THE CAST OF CHARACTERS

Zedediah “Zed” Stone: Our main character.  An investigative reporter in his late 20’s, attempting to find the big scoop as to why Rose Hill closed down.  Has a past that is not entirely clear to anyone, himself included.  Not the most “trustworthy” narrator, as we may come to find...

Mary Worthington: A patient at Rose Hill in the 1920’s.  She passed away in the hospitals care.  Wrongly committed by her husband after she suffered a miscarriage, she lived a troubled life for a short period of time in the hospital before dying.  She never fully mentally recovered from the loss of her son.

Dr. Silas Marshall III: A former doctor at Rose Hill in the early 1900’s.  He shows up quite suddenly to Zed early on in his journey.  Calm and collected, but with a sinister air beneath all that he does.  He NEVER speaks in contractions, though what he is saying is not always clear.

Philip Almalik: A patient from the hospital.  Schizophrenic.  His twin brother, William, was also committed to the hospital.  The two of them first encounter Zed in the cemetery, and pop up throughout the story, providing some (confusing) details and (slightly warped) comedic relief.

William Almalik: A patient from the hospital.  Manic-depressive.  His twin brother, Philip, was also committed to the hospital.  The two of them first encounter Zed in the cemetery, and pop up throughout the story, providing some (confusing) details.  William has bouts of depression that make him near impossible to speak to.

Cora Young: A nurse in the 1800's.  Sweet and caring until the spirit of Dr. Isaac reached her, she then began to kill her patients (49 in total, unbeknownst to other staff in the hospital).

Samuel Chambers: A patient at Rose Hill in the mid-1800's.  A kind man in life who liked to tend to his horses and garden, his spirit seeks revenge for being murdered.

Amelia Lane: A patient at the turn of the century, early 1900’s.  A lesbian, she was committed by her father after he found her in bed with another girl.  She died brokenhearted (and, obviously, still gay).

Dr. Isaac Whiting: A doctor in the late 1700’s/early 1800’s.  He would experiment on his patients in brutal ways, solely for the sake of the act itself.  Strangled by a patient while ‘working’, his spirit never left the hospital.

The Cast of Characters (Clockwise from top left): Zed Stone, Dr. Silas Marshall III, William and Philip Almalik, Dr. Isaac Whiting, Hugo Erlichmann, Cora Young, Amelia Lane, Samuel Chambers, and Mary Worthington.

Who else might reside inside of Rose Hill?  You'll just have to listen and find out...
